Ingredients
- 250 g confectionery (Mon Chéri)
- 200 ml cream
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml cherry liqueur
- Korn or Vodka

- Heat the cream and milk in a saucepan. Melt the Mon Chéri in it. Do not let cook. Stir until the chocolate has completely dissolved. Use a hand blender to chop the cherries as best as possible. To get the remaining pieces of fruit out, pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Pour the cherry liqueur into the slightly cooled mass. Add vodka or grain as desired.
- The recipe makes about 1 liter of liqueur.
