Instructions

  1. Heat the cream and milk in a saucepan. Melt the Mon Chéri in it. Do not let cook. Stir until the chocolate has completely dissolved. Use a hand blender to chop the cherries as best as possible. To get the remaining pieces of fruit out, pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
  2. Pour the cherry liqueur into the slightly cooled mass. Add vodka or grain as desired.
  3. The recipe makes about 1 liter of liqueur.
