Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices (approx. 3 mm) and place in cold water.
Peel the onion and shallot and cut into small cubes. Halve the peppers and cut into rings.
Heat a pan with oil. Dry the potato slices and fry them in portions in the pan on both sides until golden brown. Take the potatoes out of the pan and season with salt and dry rub. Steam the shallots, onion cubes and peppers in the pan until translucent, add to the potatoes and mix everything together. Put the seasoned potatoes back in the pan and let them get hot.
