Instructions

  1. Heat the pan with the lard so that small bubbles form on the handle of a wooden wooden spoon, held in the fat. Sweat the onions in it, but do not brown. Add the potatoes and dust with caraway seeds. Turn the potatoes continuously until they turn light brown. Salt, pepper and dust with paprika lightly pink. Briefly drizzle with milk or cream, turn again and serve.
