Clean all the vegetables and cut into small pieces.
First fry the peppers and carrots in a little olive oil, then add the finely chopped fennel bulb, then the mushrooms, then the onions and finally the garlic and fry.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
Season the vegetables as desired with salt, pepper, lots of curry and a small chilli pepper and a little ginger, paprika, soy sauce and sugar. Then mix in the pasta and fry briefly.
