Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package and strain.
  2. Fry the meat in a large pan with oil for 3 minutes.
  3. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into 2 cm long pieces. Wash the bell pepper, cut in half, core and cut into strips. Wash, peel and roughly grate the carrots or cut into thin slices.
  4. Add the cut vegetables to the meat in the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix the stock, soy sauce and cornstarch well in a bowl, after frying add to the other ingredients in the pan and season to taste again.
  6. Heat the oil in another pan, add the drained pasta and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the vegetable and meat mixture and mix.
  7. Pour into a preheated bowl.
