Ingredients
- 200 g Chinese e noodles
- 2 liters water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 200 g pork or turkey meat
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 2 carrot (s)
- 0.25 liter ¼ water, hot
- 1 teaspoon stock, grained
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package and strain.
- Fry the meat in a large pan with oil for 3 minutes.
- Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into 2 cm long pieces. Wash the bell pepper, cut in half, core and cut into strips. Wash, peel and roughly grate the carrots or cut into thin slices.
- Add the cut vegetables to the meat in the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix the stock, soy sauce and cornstarch well in a bowl, after frying add to the other ingredients in the pan and season to taste again.
- Heat the oil in another pan, add the drained pasta and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the vegetable and meat mixture and mix.
- Pour into a preheated bowl.
