Cut the onions into 4-5mm rings and hold them together with toothpicks.
Place the onion rings in a bowl and pour over the soy sauce. Let stand for at least 20 minutes.
Dip the onion rings in a beaten egg.
Then roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings in it.
Transfer the finished rings to a bowl and, if necessary, dry the fried onions on a paper towel. That’s all! A very tasty and almost dietary dish is ready.
