Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and mix with the grated cheese. Then mix up with the hand blender and season with a little salt.
  2. Melt the fat in a pan.
  3. Clean the oyster mushrooms, cut off thick stalks and then pull them through the cheese and egg mixture with a fork and immediately add to the pan. Fry on both sides over medium heat.
  4. A mixed salad with balsamic dressing goes best with it.
