- Wash the pak choi and then quarter lengthways. Cut the garlic into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the pak choi first and then the spring onions. Keep both warm.
- Fry the prawns and just before they`re done add the garlic. Season with balsamic vinegar and fish sauce.
- Place the prawns with the vegetables, sprinkle with the fresh chillies and serve.
