Ingredients

  • 800 g prawns, frozen, with shell, without head
  • 4 small pak choi
  • 2 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
  • 2 dashes fish sauce
  • N / A Chilli pepper (s), red, sliced

Instructions

  1. Wash the pak choi and then quarter lengthways. Cut the garlic into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the pak choi first and then the spring onions. Keep both warm.
  3. Fry the prawns and just before they`re done add the garlic. Season with balsamic vinegar and fish sauce.
  4. Place the prawns with the vegetables, sprinkle with the fresh chillies and serve.
