Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • Ginger powder
  • Garlic granules
  • 100 ml sake
  • 3 tablespoon mirin
  • 4 pak choi, (baby), approx. 300 g
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 200 g mushrooms, (Eerline)
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 100 g cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and marinate in the soy sauce. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat and season with ginger and a little garlic. As soon as the meat has a nice color, deglaze with sake and let it boil down completely. Then add the mirin and pour everything into a bowl.
  2. Remove the hard stalk from the pak choi and clean, sauté in a pan in a little clarified butter over medium heat. Cut the pork chops into leaves and add. Roughly chop the cashew nuts and return to the pan with the meat. Refine with cream and season with a little salt.
  3. Tastes particularly good with tagliatelle. If you don`t have Mirin, you can use Noilly Prat instead, sake can be replaced with white wine.
