Ingredients

  • 5 Pak Choi
  • 100 g raw ham, cut into small cubes
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), cut into small cubes
  • 1 small onion (s), cut into small cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into small cubes
  • 100 ml meat or vegetable broth
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil
  • some flour butter, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the pak choi, clean and cut into approx. 7 mm strips; separate the white stems and green leaves.
  2. First sweat the cut white stalks, garlic, chilli pepper, onion and ham in a little olive oil, then after about 4 minutes add the cut leaves and sweat them briefly.
  3. Pour in the broth and cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. If you like, you can thicken the sauce with a little flour butter.
