Wash, clean and pat dry whole peppers.
Heat the oil in a high pan, add the peppers, sprinkle with salt and fry lightly on all sides. Cover and stew. Warning, it splatters very heavily! Turn more often.
Then arrange in a bowl, add some of the frying oil and season with vinegar to taste.
A simple bread for dipping - super tasty!
