Instructions

  1. Cut off the lower part of the stalk, but leave enough on it so that all the leaves are still attached to it. Eight pointed cabbage. Put the oil and butter in a pan and fry the cabbage all over. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
  2. Side dish for roast pork or lamb.
