Heat the olive oil in a coated frying pan. Add the potato slices and fry on one side. Add the diced paprika, ham strips and diced onion. Fry until the diced peppers are almost done. Season with the spices and the chopped oregano. Then first add the whites of the spring onions and season everything again to taste. Now sprinkle the cheese over it and sprinkle the green onion on top. Put the lid on the pan and - when the cheese has melted - serve immediately.
