- Peel the potatoes, wash the pepper and leek. Slice the potatoes and peppers, cut the leek into rings.
- Heat the plant cream, fry the potato slices in it until golden. Add paprika and leek and fry everything for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
- Season with salt, pepper, fried potato spices and paprika powder and finally add the diced feta cheese and mix everything well.
- This goes well with gyros and green salad.
- These fried potatoes are also very tasty as a main course.
