Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Dice the onion and bacon as well. Leave the bacon in a pan. Add the potato cubes and fry gently for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through. Now add the onion cubes and fry until they have taken some color.
  2. Season the eggs with salt and pepper, whisk, pour over the potatoes and let set.
  3. Lettuce tastes best with it.
