Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices.
  2. Fry the bacon, onions and garlic in a pan, do not fry completely. Then add the cut cabbage and sauté lightly. Finally just add the raw, sliced potatoes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. When the potatoes are cooked through, the eggs are tucked in like scrambled eggs.
