- 700 g potato (s), waxy
- 2 onion (s) diced
- 0.5 ½ head white cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- Bacon, diced, to taste
- Margarine for frying
- 8 egg (s)
- salt and pepper

- Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices.
- Fry the bacon, onions and garlic in a pan, do not fry completely. Then add the cut cabbage and sauté lightly. Finally just add the raw, sliced potatoes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. When the potatoes are cooked through, the eggs are tucked in like scrambled eggs.
