Instructions

  1. The potatoes should be boiled potatoes from the day before, or you can make jacket potatoes and let them cool well. Quarter the potatoes, place in a bowl, add the powdered spices and toss.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the potatoes on all sides. Now add the garlic and coriander greens. Add a piece of butter and toss again.
  3. A great accompaniment to a wide variety of Indian dishes.
