- 5 teaspoon, heaped cumin
- coriander
- 1 teaspoon, heaped spice mixture (Garam Masala)
- sesame oil
- 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- Chili powder
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, freshly chopped
- salt
- butter

- The potatoes should be boiled potatoes from the day before, or you can make jacket potatoes and let them cool well. Quarter the potatoes, place in a bowl, add the powdered spices and toss.
