Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), waxy
  • 160 g carrot (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 5 pinch (s) sea salt
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 dash cream
  • 180 g water

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and roughly chop the potatoes and carrots. Cut the leek into large rings and wash well in a colander. Clean the spring onions and cut them into small pieces.
  2. For the Thermomix, put all the ingredients in the container and cook for 20 minutes on level 1 at 100 degrees. Then purée briefly on level 5, depending on how fine you like it.
  3. For cooking on the stove, cook the cleaned and chopped vegetables, except for the butter and cream, in salted water for 15 minutes, then drain and puree. Season with butter, spices and the cream, add some milk if necessary.
