Instructions

  1. Cut the not yet fully cooked potatoes into large pieces. Sauté slowly in butter until a tasty, light brown crust has formed. Just before the potatoes are ready, add the herbs and spices and stir again vigorously.
  2. Tastes particularly delicious with a schnitzel with a dash of green sauce, with a leafy salad and a cold beer or cider.
