Boil the potatoes in plenty of water until they are cooked through. Then peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut into half slices, peel and mash the garlic cloves.
Fry the onion with the garlic cloves and the minced meat in a pan. As soon as the minced meat is crumbly, add the potato slices. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices, also added to the pan. At the end, season everything well with salt, pepper and herbs.
