Cut the peeled and washed raw potatoes into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices, the onions into medium wedges, the sausage into cubes, wash the snow peas and cut into approx. 2.5 cm long pieces.
First fry the potatoes in oil. When these start to soften a little, add the onion wedges and the sausage and fry with them. Just before the potatoes are ready and the onions are soft, add the snow peas and cook for about 5 minutes, they have to be crisp. Season with salt and pepper, fold in the grated cheese and let it melt.
