Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Cook the snow peas in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then rinse in cold water. Drain the corn and cut the peppers into small pieces.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes, turning them several times. Add paprika, corn and snow peas and fry for another 3 - 4 minutes. then season with salt and pepper and fold in the finely chopped parsley. If necessary, keep some of the parsley and use it as a decoration.
  3. This fried potato variant tastes so delicious that you don`t need anything else with it.
