- 1 kg potato (s)
- 200 g suar snap peas
- 1 can corn
- 250 g red pepper (s)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 stalks parsley
- salt
- pepper
- Parsley, chopped

- Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Cook the snow peas in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then rinse in cold water. Drain the corn and cut the peppers into small pieces.
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes, turning them several times. Add paprika, corn and snow peas and fry for another 3 - 4 minutes. then season with salt and pepper and fold in the finely chopped parsley. If necessary, keep some of the parsley and use it as a decoration.
- This fried potato variant tastes so delicious that you don`t need anything else with it.
