  • 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

  1. Clean the sugar snap peas. Cut the garlic cloves into slices. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic until light brown and remove.
  2. Put the snow peas in the pan and fry for 45 seconds over a high heat while swirling. Add the garlic again.
  3. Deglaze with the soy sauce, season with pepper and sugar. If you like, mix in 2 teaspoons of roasted sesame seeds.
