Instructions

  1. Heat the frying fat in a large pan, add the frozen salmon fillets to the pan and turn it down to half the heat. Fry it slowly until crispy and turn the salmon only once.
  2. Prepare the mashed potatoes (you can certainly make it yourself if you have to go quickly, but I`ll take the package) according to the instructions on the packet, add a flake of butter and season with herbs.
  3. Now pluck the lettuce leaves (cleaned and washed) into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pepper pieces into strips, slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes and remove the stem. Divide the salad on 3 salad plates.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and divide into 12 pieces. Place 4 pieces of salmon on each of 3 plates and sprinkle with herbs. Place the mashed potatoes in cams on the plates (or spray on with the piping bag). Place a slice of lemon decoratively on each plate.
  5. Dust the plate all around with pepper or herbs.
  6. Sprinkle the salad with dressing and serve everything.
