Fried Salmon on Herb Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 piece (s) salmon fillet (s) (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon margarine (rama, frying fat, liquid)
- 1 pack mashed potatoes
- Herb
- 3 leaves iceberg lettuce
- Bell pepper (s), red, yellow and green, a quarter each
- 9 cherry tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- some dressing (any)
- 3 slices lemon (s)
- salt and pepper
- possibly butter

- Heat the frying fat in a large pan, add the frozen salmon fillets to the pan and turn it down to half the heat. Fry it slowly until crispy and turn the salmon only once.
- Prepare the mashed potatoes (you can certainly make it yourself if you have to go quickly, but I`ll take the package) according to the instructions on the packet, add a flake of butter and season with herbs.
- Now pluck the lettuce leaves (cleaned and washed) into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pepper pieces into strips, slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes and remove the stem. Divide the salad on 3 salad plates.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and divide into 12 pieces. Place 4 pieces of salmon on each of 3 plates and sprinkle with herbs. Place the mashed potatoes in cams on the plates (or spray on with the piping bag). Place a slice of lemon decoratively on each plate.
- Dust the plate all around with pepper or herbs.
- Sprinkle the salad with dressing and serve everything.
