- 2 sweet potato (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 2 clove (s) garlic, diced
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 salmon fillet (s)
- 1 cup herb quark or sour cream
- 1 cucumber (s)
- milk

- Wash the sweet potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for at least 40 minutes (until you can prick the potato with a wooden stick without any problems).
- Mix the herbal quark or sour cream with milk a little so that the mixture becomes a little more tender. Finely chop the chives and parsley and add to them. Cut the cucumber into very small cubes and mix in. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
- Cut the salmon into cubes and sauté with onions and garlic.
- Take sweet potatoes out of the oven, cut open the aluminum foil lengthways and add the herb quark or sour cream, the salmon comes on top. Serve immediately.
