  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 2 salmon fillet (s)
  • 1 cup herb quark or sour cream
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for at least 40 minutes (until you can prick the potato with a wooden stick without any problems).
  2. Mix the herbal quark or sour cream with milk a little so that the mixture becomes a little more tender. Finely chop the chives and parsley and add to them. Cut the cucumber into very small cubes and mix in. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
  3. Cut the salmon into cubes and sauté with onions and garlic.
  4. Take sweet potatoes out of the oven, cut open the aluminum foil lengthways and add the herb quark or sour cream, the salmon comes on top. Serve immediately.
