Fried Salmon with Herbs

It’s easy to fry a red fish steak for lunch or dinner. This is the easiest salmon steak recipe, but how delicious!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Salmon (steaks) (or other salmon fish) – 1 kg
  • Lemon – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spicy herbs to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the pieces of fish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix. Let salt in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the prepared fish pieces in very hot oil. (The pan should sizzle when the fish touches it.) Fry each side for about a minute over high heat. Then reduce the heat to low, darken the fish until fully cooked (2-3 minutes on each side).
  3. At the very end of cooking, before serving, sprinkle the fried salmon with herbs and pour over the lemon juice to taste.
  4. Fried salmon with herbs is ready. The fish can be served with rice or vegetables.
