Heat the olive oil with butter, press through the 10 smoked garlic cloves and add. Fry briefly, add the prawns and fry for a few minutes. Serve with a baguette.
If you like, you can refine the dish with parsley afterwards or add hot peppers when frying - we don`t think it`s necessary.
We discovered the dish by accident. The smoked garlic gives the shrimp a real kick! Also, you don`t have to season it at all, it`s salty enough!
PS: If you take frozen prawns: defrost them beforehand and pour off the water, otherwise it will float too much in the pan!
