Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into thin slices, fry them in the heated fat with the ginger and crushed garlic until golden brown. Add spices and fry for 1 minute. Add the spinach and salt, cover and cook over medium heat, then add the cream.
  2. Basmati rice or naan go well with this.
