Instructions

  1. Cut the fresh spring onions with the greens into large rings.
  2. Melt butter or margarine in a hot pan, then fry the finely chopped spring onions in it. Sprinkle with sugar to caramelize and then deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Possibly roast the sesame as well.
  3. Serve warm immediately.
  4. This type of preparation tastes very good with briefly fried meat dishes such as schnitzel, chops and chicken breast.
