First you mix the flour, starch, sugar, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Then add the egg and coconut milk and stir all the ingredients quickly to form a smooth dough. Then cut the chives into fine rolls and the tofu into small corners and add everything to the dough.
The oil is now heated in a pan. The tofu is left to fry in it for about 15 minutes, turning the mixture over and over again.
