Instructions

  1. Cut and chop the onions. Wash the liver thoroughly, cut it into small pieces and remove all tendons and fat. Pat dry with kitchen paper, place in a bowl, pepper and dust with flour.
  2. Fry the onions in butter, then add the liver and stir constantly, adding a piece of butter if necessary. Fry gently for about a quarter of an hour until the liver turns light. Now season with salt.
  3. Serve with mashed potatoes or croquettes.
