Wash the zucchini and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Put in a sieve so that the water can drain off later and season with salt. Let stand for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, make the dough from flour, egg, salt and milk or beer. The dough should be a little thicker. Now heat the oil in a pan and turn only a few slices of zucchini in the batter and fry until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
