Wash the zucchini and peel the side that is on the ground if necessary. Then cut the zucchini into slices.
In the meantime, put the flour, egg and breadcrumbs in separate plates. Stick the egg. Then turn the zucchini in the flour and then in the egg, drain briefly and turn in the breadcrumbs.
Meanwhile, heat a pan with the oil. Put the breaded zucchini in the hot pan and fry until golden on both sides.
