Wash the quinoa and boil it in water according to the instructions (I always add a teaspoon of vegetable soup granules).
In a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and mushrooms with a little vegetable oil for about 5 minutes. Now cut the cucumber into small slices, mix in with the cream and simmer briefly.
Season everything to taste with the spices, mix in the finished quinoa and let it stand for 2 minutes without heat.
