Ingredients
- 200 g quinoa
- 150 g mushrooms
- 150 g cucumber (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cup cream
- Salt and pepper, more colorful from the mill, to taste
- Nutmeg, freshly grated

- Wash the quinoa and boil it in water according to the instructions (I always add a teaspoon of vegetable soup granules).
- In a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and mushrooms with a little vegetable oil for about 5 minutes. Now cut the cucumber into small slices, mix in with the cream and simmer briefly.
- Season everything to taste with the spices, mix in the finished quinoa and let it stand for 2 minutes without heat.
- Now add the finished side dish to the menu.
