Wash the pork belly slices under running water and pat dry well with a cloth. Now season well with salt and pepper and beat a little thinly and turn in the flour. Now whisk the eggs in a deep plate and place the belly slices in the whisked egg mixture and then turn in the breadcrumbs and press the breadcrumbs on.
Heat the fat in a pan and fry the breaded pork belly slices until golden.
