Instructions

  1. Knead 250 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, 125 g of softened butter, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 egg into crumble and chill.
  2. For the batter, whip 200 g butter, 175 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in 4 eggs one after the other, mix 375 g flour and baking powder, sieve and stir into the batter alternately with the milk.
  3. Grease the oven`s drip pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Smooth out the dough in it, chill for approx. 1 hour.
  4. Beat 75 g butter and 100 g sugar until creamy, add 3 eggs one after the other, stir in the quark, sour cream and custard powder.
  5. Spread the plum jam on the batter, pour the quark and sour cream sauce over it and smooth it out. Spread the streusel on top of the topping, bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 175 ° / convection 150 °) for 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
