Instructions

  1. Mix the cups of single cream with the tablespoon of flour.
  2. Fry the onions in oil and add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and thyme and add the water. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the sour single cream, season with paprika, bring to the boil and add the potato slices.
