Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), cooked, peeled and sliced
- 4 hard-boiled egg (s), diced
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 2 tablespoon oil, (I use alba oil)
- 250 g minced beef
- 200 ml water
- 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh or dried
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway seeds
- 2 cups sour cream or sour single cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- 2 tablespoon herbs, chopped (chives, cress, parsley)
- salt and pepper

- Mix the cups of single cream with the tablespoon of flour.
- Fry the onions in oil and add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and thyme and add the water. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the sour single cream, season with paprika, bring to the boil and add the potato slices.
- Mix in the diced eggs and chopped herbs.
