Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 glass milk, lukewarm
- 1 glass lukewarm water
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g suar
- 125 g butter
- Fat for the shape

- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk. Mix with lukewarm water, salt and flour to form a pre-dough and let rise for about 1 hour.
- Then add sugar and butter cut into flakes and knead into a smooth dough. Pour into a very large or two medium-sized greased loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.
- It tastes best if it is lukewarm spread with butter and jam or topped with young Gouda cheese.
