Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Dice the tomatoes, finely slice the olives and grate the parmesan.
  2. For the dressing, mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, dill, mustard and a pinch of sugar, add the finely chopped onion and mix everything with the salad.
  3. Goes well with grilled meat on warm late summer days.
