Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Line the bottom of a glass with a sponge finger. Cover this with about 3 teaspoons of the yoghurt mixture, then top with a layer of fruit (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches, plums). If necessary, cut the fruit into small pieces beforehand.
Then some yoghurt again, then a sponge cake, then fruit again. Finally, distribute the leftover yoghurt between both glasses and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Place cling film over the glasses and let it soak in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight).
