Ingredients
- 200 g natural yourt
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 handful fruit your choice
- 4 ladyfingers
- 10 g chocolate sprinkles
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder

- Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
- Line the bottom of a glass with a sponge finger. Cover this with about 3 teaspoons of the yoghurt mixture, then top with a layer of fruit (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches, plums). If necessary, cut the fruit into small pieces beforehand.
- Then some yoghurt again, then a sponge cake, then fruit again. Finally, distribute the leftover yoghurt between both glasses and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
- Place cling film over the glasses and let it soak in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight).
